Welcome to the "Research" page!

This web page shows you our research work on STF, including our research roadmap and methodology which has three key components, i.e., process modeling, perspective modeling and analysis, and conflict management. This page consists of six parts:

(1) Research Roadmap, which demonstrates what is our purpose of research, how we plan to acheive it, and the current status.

(2) Socio-Techncial Framework, which describes the structure of the framework, the key components of it and the logic among those compoents.

(3) Process Modeling, which depicts how to model the baseline process while considering the social dynamics.

(4) Perspective Modeling and Analysis, which illustrates one feature of shared reality during the technical decision making process, i.e., how to model stakeholders' perspective and analyze them.

(5) Conflict Management and Strategies, which shows what is conflict, how to detect it, how to manage it and corresponding strategies.

(6) Socio-Technical Co-construction Process, which is a more operational process based on STF.
