Human behavior dynamics impact technical decisions that cause societal changes, which, in turn, shape human and social dynamics to influence future technical decisions. Based on our ECN paradigm, we are studying such adaptive, cyclic socio-technical interactions to develop new interdisciplinary theories, methods, and computer tools to support collaborative engineering.
